An app for safer and more efficient trips during Holy Week… and all year

Traffic jams and fines are unwelcome guests on vacations. The Coyote app, legal according to the current Traffic Law, allows travelers to try its Premium mode for free for 30 days to prevent, in real-time, incidents and radars on the roads

As part of the annual Easter traffic operation, Spain’s General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) will deploy a comprehensive surveillance system, including fixed and mobile radars, invisible radars, and Pegasus helicopters, to ensure road safety and prevent accidents. In 2023, Easter week saw 35 fatalities, the highest number since 2016. Over 16 million trips were made during this short holiday period last year, with long-distance daily journeys increasing by 2.5%. The number of radars on Spanish roads also grew by 4% in 2023, according to a study by Coyote, a leading provider of driving systems and radar alerts. More and more drivers are using apps like Coyote to drive more efficiently and safely, avoid fines, road incidents, and fuel consumption. Coyote’s app, legal under the 2022 Traffic Law, provides real-time traffic information and radar alerts and suggests alternative routes. It is compatible with Android Auto and Apple Carplay and offers a distraction-free mode. Coyote is offering a 30-day free trial of its driving assistance system for Easter, along with a 40% discount on annual Classic or Premium subscriptions on its website.
